By downloading or using Funscript Player, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Funscript Player plays videos and motion scripts that you supply, and it can send that motion to devices you connect. You can organise those files on your device and, with Premium, use extra playback tools.
The app does not provide videos, scripts, or any other media. Anything you play comes from you.
You keep ownership of the videos and scripts you import. They stay on your device. You are responsible for them, including having the rights to use them. The app does not host a media library and does not review your files.
An account is used to sign in and to keep your Premium access and Scriptos balance. You must give accurate information and keep your login confidential. You are responsible for activity on the account. You can delete it in the app.
Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. The price, length, and what it includes are shown before you pay.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm. The subscription renews unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. No refund is given for the unused part of a period, except where the law requires it.
Scriptos are one-time purchases used for AI control. The price and the amount are shown before you pay. A pack does not renew. Scriptos are not transferable and, except where the law requires a refund, are not refundable once used.
Devices are made by other companies. You are responsible for using a device safely and according to its instructions. We do not manufacture those devices.
AI control is optional. You start it, and you can stop it. Its replies can be unexpected. You use device control and AI control at your own risk.
You may not use the app for anything illegal, to break someone else's rights, or to damage the app or another person's device. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app.
The app is not for anyone under 18. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18.
The app, apart from files you supply, belongs to us and is protected by copyright. It is licensed to you, not sold.
The app is provided as is and as available, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that a script will match a video exactly.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or use, arising from the app, a device you connect, or files you choose to play. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.
Updated terms are shown in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Access can be ended if you break these terms.
